Janna Gordon is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with and I've sold well over a dozen properties. She handled everything proactively and always acted in my best interest. I live 600 miles away and Janna made the sell a headache free process. I can't say enough good things about Janna. On the other hand, your property management division sucks. Poor leadership, apathetic maintenance team. Not only would I tell any potential landlords to avoid using CY, I couldn't imagine being a tenant in one of their properties. Even the employees dislike Craig and the support staff and are openly vocal with customers about their challenges. I doubt you'll find anyone working for them with the courage to stand up and share the truth behind the poor leadership, but I thought I'd use this opportunity to share that the property management division is a dumpster fire. Janna was a shining star for your organization, though, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
